5.My 2FA needs to change or is not working. What should I do?

Sometimes we need to make changes to our 2-factor authentication. This happens most often when we change a phone number or get a new mobile phone. 

Bitmain's 2FA specialist can clear your information so that you can update it. Simply submit a support ticket and include:

1. A clear picture of an official photo identifications. This is usually a driver's license or passport, but can be any government issued picture ID. 

2. A picture of you holding the identification.
