How to check your Order Status/Coupon

1. Visit our official website www.bitmain.com, click Businesses - ANTMINER

4. You may find your orders, coupons and repair tickets at left column as following.

  • Please find your order at “My Order” to view more details and pay for your order.

  • Please find your coupon at “Coupon list”.
  • Please do not use a coupon which value is more than your order value.

  • Please find your repair ticket at “My Ticket” and view more details of it.

    Hello,
    i'v got problem accessing my orders tab, since i filled some information, like bitcoin address and user name. Now everytime i want to get in My Orders or Other Orders web-site automatically redirect me to "products" page. 

    Well, maybe it's not about information fileds, hope u can find out what's the problem.

    Same here. I can't check my order information since I ordered. I always get redirected to the product page. Could you please confirm my oder? Thanks.

    Same here. I also am unable to view My Orders and am redirected to Product page. The request to userOrder.htm is returning a 500 status. I am trying to complete payment of my order and am unable to.

    p.s. it works in chinese language but not english

    This is my order#0012017061400003 that i sent usd wire for on 6-16-2017. Ive sent several emails with proof of payment/ message confirmation. And still I'm not getting help. This is not right and unacceptable that you can so easily pay for products and have such a hard time getting help.

    Sent payment on 6/26 for order 0012017062300760 and was also redirected here. I have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from them and now that I do, it's a generic email. Order shows unpaid, unshipped and expired although I sent money well in advanced which has not returned.
    What's going on? I hope it will be sooner that 3 weeks before they reply.

    Bitmain will reply and they can make an order unexpired even if it shows expired. Just relax and give them time. Everyone one of my requests have been answered, just takes some time. :)

    So I remitted USD2121.48 including fee. (The price for goods is USD2081.48.)

    However I haven't got any confirmation for payment.

    Order 0012017070401540 fully paid 5 july (4635$). Since two weeks ago and I still can not get confirmation that you received the money. Now order shows expired. You got money? Why no one responds to tickets?

    Hi. I paid with LTC, apears "paid" but i still didn't get the email confirmation. I paid 1 week ago, this delay is normal with a payement with LTC and not USD ??

    Phanquocthai yes, that seems normal. I didn't get the emails when paying by Litecoin either. But they show paid.

    This is not true. My order 0012017070401540 fully paid 5 july. I applied for support many times but I still haven't received a confirmation of payment.
