How do I check the status of my repair ticket?

  1. You may check the progress of your returned package with your tracking number on this website http://www.17track.net/en
  2. There could be a delay of a few days for customs clearance on after your package has been delivered to Hong Kong. Once the package clears customs it will be delivered to our repair facility in China.
  3. While your package is in our repair facility your ticket will be in “Uncollected” status. We are working on the repair or replacement during that time.
  4. When your package is shipped back to you we will email you with the shipping details.
