4. What if users can’t receive any SMS verifications?

First of all, please ensure the phone number is correct to receive the code. Otherwise please raise your ticket on SUPPORT page.

    No help at all, you cannot raise a support ticket until you have the sms verification to access your account

    I'm not receiving an SMS code to register to make purchases.... I've entered the phone number dozens of times... everything was filled out correctly... no SMS code delivered

    same issue here - I've entered the correct phone number - its the same one i use with other 2 factor authentication websites

    same with me too... already wait more than 2days and keep on trying to register but failed to receive the sms code

    system said sent successfully but i didn't receive it

    There was a temporary issue with SMS messages. This has been resolved and you should receive messages. If you don't receive an SMS message please submit a support ticket at support@bitmain.com
