S9 upgrade is failed

If your S9 upgrade is failed, please kindly restore your upgrading tool and then upgrade again as below,

(If it does not work after follow below instruction, please kindly contact us and provide screenshot of overview & miner status & kernel log)

1. Download the Package to Fix Upgrade Failure,

 

 

2. Download the lastest firmware to upgrade,

 

3. Please reset miner if you can not find IP after updating the tool.
4. Make sure the miner work over 20 mins (you may find the working time in overview page)

    Upgrade of s9 firmware still failed after following the directions.

    I still get Socket Connection failed and have an expensive piece of crap.

    I've never had these kinds of problems with Bitmain products and I've owned s4, s5's and s7's.

    It would take a lot to convince me to buy an S9.  I'm almost ready to just toss it in the trash and take my loses.  What crap.

    Hello, I upgraded my S9 4 days ago and got the same socket error BUT it also seems to have killed the ENTIRE CHAIN 3 BOARD except for one ASIC.  I restored back to original image but the middle board is still DEAD :-(  

    This S9 has ALWAYS run stock 600 Freq in a very well ventilated small farm.  PLEASE HELP!

    Hi, I have followed the steps for the firmware update and I do not recognize the socket after waiting the 20 minutes, what should I do?
